Position : HR Supervisor
Job Detail
1. **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) are advantageous.
2. **Experience:**
- Proven experience as an HR supervisor, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Extensive experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
3. **Leadership and Management:**
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor the HR team.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
4. **Communication Skills:**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
5. **Interpersonal Skills:**
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and foster a positive work environment.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and address employee concerns diplomatically.
6. **Organizational Skills:**
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in HR processes and records.
7. **Technical Skills:**
