Job Detail

1.To co-ordinate with Assistants/Supervisors to control all operational aspects of the dept.
2.To develop service standards and procedures and staff training guidelines.
3.To be visible and accessible to all members and guests.
4.To ensure dept, operates at maximum efficiency and profitability at all times.
5.To ensure the dept. is in a safe and clean condition at all times.
6.To perform daily inspections to ensure standards are being adhered to, noting and rectifying deficiencies immediately.
7.To communicate daily with Assistants, Supervisors and staff.
8.To strictly enforce Dept and CHR policies and procedures through assistants and supervisors.
9.To provide strong leadership and management, serve as a role model to staff, and lead by example.



10.To enforce guest recognition program through greeting and biding farewell.
11.To handle guest feedback/complaints and ensure effective guest recovery process is implemented.
12.To be constantly aware of activity in the department and to ensure that unsafe and/or disruptive behavior does not take place.
13.To professionally enforce department rules and regulations and ensure it operates at maximum efficiency.
