• Experience and Qualifications **
• Have experience or understand the initial recruitment work very well
• Able to communicate to coordinate internally and externally very well
• Have knowledge or experience in HR Tec and HR social media

Duties and responsibilities :
• Oversee daily operations in HR department
• Oversee Initial recruitment and selection of personnel from various job sources
• Oversee evaluate the performance of employees in the team and report to the Manager
• Oversee ADM HR work in recording employee history
• Prepare monthly Payroll and Report.
• Coordinate with assigned HR internally and externally
