Position : Resort Manager

Job Detail

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
• Develop and coach team members to enhance performance and achieve goals.
• Train staff to ensure compliance with standards and efficiency.
• Recommend or implement HR actions as needed.
• Foster teamwork and quality service through effective communication.
• Interact with guests and external contacts, including clients, officials, suppliers, and community members.
• Ensure high guest satisfaction with exceptional services and amenities.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and hotel assets.
• Act as a public relations representative to promote the hotel and brand.
• Encourage team participation in community activities and businesses.
• Implement environmental action plans to reduce the hotel’s carbon footprint.
• Perform additional duties as assigned; may serve as manager on duty.
• Assist the General Manager in financial and operational planning for optimal guest satisfaction, sales, and profitability.
• Recommend capital improvements to enhance hotel assets and brand loyalty.
