????Position Title: IT PERSONNEL (Thai Only)

????Responsibilities:

Install and configure software and hardware components.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
Stay up-to-date with current trends and technologies in the industry.

????Requirements:

Can speak fluent English.
Proven experience as an IT Personnel or similar role.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication ability (oral and written).
Experience with network security practices and anti-virus programs.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Certification in Microsoft, Cisco, or similar technologies is a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field is preferred.
