Position : Service Captain
1.หน้าที่บริการลูกค้า
2.ทำหน้าที่ดูแลความเรียบร้อยทั่วไป ในการดำเนินงานห้องอาหารให้มีความเรียบร้อย
3.รับฟังและแก้ปัญหาข้อร้องเรียนจากแขกได้อย่างละมุนละม่อมและเป็นที่พึงพอใจ แก่ลูกค้าและสนองนโยบายบริษัทฯ
4.ทำหน้าที่ตรวจเช็คการจัดเตรียมความพร้อมและความสะอาดก่อนเปิดให้บริการซึ่ง ได้แก่ ความเรียบร้อยของการจัดโต๊ะ ให้ถูกต้องตามมาตราฐานที่กำหนดไว้
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และมีแรงกายและใจในการทำงานที่ดีเยี่ยม
- เพศหญิง (สัญชาติไทย)
- มีความกระตือรือร้นและความพยายามที่จะเรียนรู้ในงานที่ทำ
- มีความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย ว่องไว และเอาใจใส่ต่องาน
- ตรงต่อเวลา และให้ความสำคัญต่อเวลา
- กระตือรือร้นที่จะเรียนรู้ และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับที่ดี
เงินเดือน 20,000 - 25,000 ตามประสบการณ์และความสามารถ
