The job responsibilities:
In general, a hospitality management job description includes duties in three major areas:
•Daily Operations, Finances, and Marketing.
•Customer service.
•Human Resources.
(need experience from Hotel 4 or 5 star and need experience can set up policy and function in hotel and need experience set up expenses in the hotel and can set up manpower function)
1.A manager with hotel management experience needs to know the basics of running a hotel, how to manage it, what preparations a hotel needs to make before opening, and what kind of talent needs to be recruited. He needs to understand the cost of running a hotel
2.Have experience for open new hotel.
3.Have experience for set up functions for new hotel.
4.Age 35-50 years.
5.Good communication in English and other skills.
