Position : Customer Experience Executive

Job Detail
Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the hotel clients.
2. Setup and provide training to new and existing hotel clients on how to use our extranet of in-house products.
3. Maintain relationships to hotel team and coordinate with other departments involved in the assigned projects.
4. Handle all incoming issues, complaints and resolve.
5. Be responsible for timely and accurate delivery of assigned projects.
6. Manage other ad-hoc administrative requests and operative tasks.
7. Prepare reports as and when necessary.
8. Respond to inquiries received via e-mail, facebook chat and telephone regarding hotel bookings.
9. Handles daily correspondence. Responds to inquiries and makes reservations as needed.
10.Process online bookings for customers when they are book thru the website, or in the event that a booking was not successfully processed online.
11. Processes cancellations / modifications and promptly relays this information to customers.
12. Provide procedure and/or system advice to customers when needed.
13. Readiness to travel upcountry (Infrequently)

Qualifications:
1. Good command in both written and spoken English.
2. Strong Team Player and goal oriented person.
3. Be able to work under high pressure.
4. Computer skills are required.
5. Knowledge in hotel and hospitality will be a plus.
6. Ability to work in a team. Thai nationals only need apply.
7. Day-Off 2 days per week
8. Public Holiday 14 days
