Job Detail

- Previous Experience: Prior experience in food and beverage service, particularly in a hotel or fine dining setting, is often preferred. Experience with in-room dining or room service operations is a plus.

- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills are essential for interacting with guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience. In-Room Dining Attendants should be courteous, professional, and attentive to guest needs.

- Menu Knowledge: Familiarity with the hotel’s in-room dining menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens. The ability to describe menu items and suggest dishes or wine pairings is beneficial.

- Food Safety and Hygiene: Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices to ensure that food is handled and delivered in a safe and sanitary manner.

- Communication with Kitchen: Effective communication with the kitchen staff to relay special requests, dietary restrictions, or order modifications.
