JOB SUMMARY
As the General Manager of TRIBE Phuket Patong, you’ll lead the charge in bringing this bold, lifestyle-driven brand to life. We’re looking for a young, stylish, and passionate leader who embodies the modern, urban vibe that defines TRIBE. Pre-opening experience is essential as you’ll be spearheading everything from operations setup to launching the hotel with flair. Your commercial and revenue management acumen will be key to ensuring the hotel’s profitability from the outset. This role is perfect for someone who can fuse creativity with business savvy to create a standout destination that resonates with guests and the local scene. Your mission: build an exceptional team, drive commercial success, and deliver the unique TRIBE guest experience with energy and precision.

REQUIREMENTS
• This position is open to Expatriates.
• Proven experience as a General Manager in a pre-opening hotel, ideally within a lifestyle or boutique hotel brand.
• First time General Managers would be considered.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving revenue and profitability.
• Expert in revenue management strategies, digital tools, and dynamic pricing techniques.
• A passion for design-led, lifestyle hotels with a sharp eye for detail and style.
• Hands-on leadership approach with a focus on team building, guest experience, and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and lead a young, energetic team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility with working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of the pre-opening phase and ongoing operations at TRIBE Phuket Patong.
