หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:

ควบคุมและร่วมมือในการทำความสะอาดและดูแลห้องพักทุกวันเพื่อให้มีมาตรฐานความสะอาดสูงสุด
เตรียมห้องพักสำหรับการเช็คอินของผู้เข้าพัก โดยตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าอุปกรณ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทั้งหมดอยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน
ตรวจสอบห้องพักและพื้นที่ส่วนกลางเป็นประจำเพื่อรักษาคุณภาพที่สม่ำเสมอ

คุณสมบัติ:

มีประสบการณ์ในงานหัวหน้างานทำความสะอาดหรือการทำความสะอาด โดยเฉพาะในอุตสาหกรรมโรงแรม
มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและมุ่งมั่นที่จะรักษามาตรฐานความสะอาดในระดับสูง

Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Small Boutique Resort

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and readiness of our small boutique resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all six guest rooms are impeccably maintained and prepared for check-in. This role involves managing housekeeping tasks, inventorying supplies, handling laundry services for the units, and effectively communicating in English with guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and participate in the daily cleaning and upkeep of guest rooms to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
Prepare rooms for guest check-ins, ensuring all amenities are in place and functional.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to maintain consistent quality.
Manage and take stock of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other necessary inventory, ensuring timely reordering.
Oversee and manage the laundry process for all guest linens, towels, and other laundered items.
Coordinate with the front desk team to ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
Address any cleaning-related issues promptly and effectively.
Train and guide junior housekeeping staff, if applicable, to ensure adherence to resort standards.
Uphold health and safety protocols within the housekeeping operations.
Communicate effectively in English with guests and other staff members to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a housekeeping or cleaning supervisory role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong communication skills in English to coordinate with other team members and guests.
Basic knowledge of inventory management.
Familiarity with laundry operations is an advantage.
Working Hours: Flexible, with availability during peak check-in/check-out times.
