Role Overview:
As a Supervisor Construction Site with Construction Management Head office, you will be responsible for daily managing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. You will lead and
coordinate teams of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring projects
are completed safely, on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to construction teams.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience as a Construction work or similar role in the construction
industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple task simultaneously and prioritize tasks
effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
