Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related qualifications are a plus.
Experience:
Previous experience in a front office or guest service role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in using hotel management software (e.g., Opera, FOLS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Language:
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Personal Attributes:
A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
A professional appearance and demeanor.
The ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
