• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful revenue management strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in revenue management software (e.g., IDEAS) and hotel property management systems (PMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
• In-depth understanding of hotel distribution channels, market segmentation, and pricing strategies.
• Knowledge of market trends, economic factors, and competitive landscape affecting the hospitality industry.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and innovative thinker.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
