Position : Food and Beverage Operation Manager
•To interact with customers regularly, greeting them and addressing their complaints
•Trained in food and beverage service skills at an international hotel
•At least 3-5 years experience in the food and beverage department at a 4-5 Star resort
•Excellent English spoken and written skills
•To relay information to managers and staff, provide training, and interact with customers
•Good upselling skills
