Duties:
- Oversee team member to develop design project.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, client and related party for project requirement and changes.
- Develop and communicate clear design briefs to external designers that align with the project’s goals.
- Manage and oversee the work of outsourced interior designers, ensuring their designs are in line with Project’s vision and project requirements.
- Provide feedback and guidance to designers throughout the design process.
- Review and approve design proposals, materials, and finishings before final submission to ensure they meet project specifications.
- Work closely with internal teams, including project management, architecture, and construction, to ensure seamless integration of interior design with the overall project.
Monitor the implementation of interior design on-site, addressing any issues and ensuring that the design aligns with the approved plans.
- Ensure that all design elements adhere to Project’s standards of functionality, practicality, and aesthetic appeal.
Conduct regular site visits to verify that the design execution matches the approved designs and specifications.
Act as the main liaison between Project and external design teams, ensuring effective and clear communication.
Present design concepts, progress updates, and any necessary revisions to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
