Position : Administrative Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive and organized **Administrative Coordinator** to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are keen on handling a variety of administrative duties, we would love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Purchase office supplies and equipment while maintaining proper stock levels.
- Perform essential company errands as needed to support business operations.
- Prepare all financial documents for review by the accountant.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Managing Director.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the company.
Requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Good command of English both in speaking and writing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
Location: Cherngtalay, Phuket
Working Days: Monday - Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Working Hours: 08.30 am - 05.30 pm
Type of Employment: Full-time
