Position : Spa manager
- Oversee daily operations of the spa
- Manage and train spa staff
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Coordinate staff schedules
- Maintain inventory and order supplies
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the spa
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets
-Develop and implement spa policies and procedures
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends
-Plan and execute promotional events
- Conduct regular staff meetings
-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage client records and bookings
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance services
- Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements
- Prepare reports on spa performance
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
- Address any operational issues promptly
