Qualifications for General Manager
- Age 48-58 candidates Thai / Expat.
- A minimum of 10-15 years and have worked in Phuket 5 star hotel / Interchain of progressive responsibility in resort hotel experience will be a definite advantage. Experience of working in a position of high responsibility in the hotel or food and beverage sectors.
- Team management, leadership & team player. A liking for organizational work. Work hard under pressure with Thai business owner.
- Effective management and delivering profit center profitability.
- Sensitivity to customers with good relationship skills. and know how to drive OTAs reviews
Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations functions of the hotel and ensure highest rating on guest experience( at the property as well as on all OTAs feedback portals)
- Responsible for achieving revenue targets set for the hotel.
- Regular briefings and meetings with all head of departments to keep track of their performance.
- Overseeing and managing all departments to ensure every employee perform satisfactory as per their KPIs
- Ensure complete compliance to Hotel operating controls, SOPs, policies, procedures and service standards.
- Lead all key property issues including capital projects, customer service and refurbishment. Ensure that there is no guest inconvenience during such projects.
- Handling complaints, and oversee the service recovery procedures. Meeting majority of guests during their stay at the hotel.
- Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the hotel's annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget.
