*Thai speaking Senior I.T. Support Technician

***Base salary from 40,000 ~ 45,000 Baht

Base Responsibilities & Duties
- Daily Support requests via shared Email Account
- Support teachers/Staff in offices & classrooms (not working directly with students)
- Manage PC's,Projectors, Printers, Audio , IP phones, CCTV, Signage,WiFi, PA general day to day issues that arise with hardware/software
- Proactive maintenance to ensure that all hardware has the highest possible uptime
- Responsible for a safe working environment for staff and students (I.T. hardware is used)
- Maintain and update I.T. Inventory, update systems on the server such as WSUS / locations / - Hardware Naming
- Liaise with outside vendors and I.T. companies as and when required
- Manage I.T. stock of spare parts / Repairs etc

Must have Skills
- Good Command of English (writing and spoken)
- Comfortable to have a conversation in English on the phone
- Technical terms in English
- Min 3 years Experience
- Mid > Advance Knowledge of Windows operating Systems W10 / W11 and some Server OS experience
- Skills in Troubleshooting Software and Hardware issues (Motherboard /PSU changing etc)
- System Cloning techniques
- Troubleshoot LAN/HDMI cables
- Can work independently
- Physical jobs eg: Ladder to take down AccessPoint
- Confidentiality / Security minded & Pro Active approach

Advantage
- Knowledge of Command Prompt and/or PowerShell
- Cisco Switch Configuration
- Fortigate
- Worked in an English language environment
