Job Detail

● Oversee the recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance of recreation department staff

● Develop, plan, and execute a wide range of engaging recreational activities tailored to the needs and interests of resort guests, including children's programs, sports, fitness classes, and special events

● Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and resort policies. Conduct regular safety drills and training for staff.

● Interact with guests to gather feedback on activities and overall experience, addressing concerns and making adjustments as necessary.

● Oversee the maintenance and inventory of recreational equipment and facilities. Ensure all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

● Assist in preparing and managing the recreation department's budget, ensuring cost-effective operation.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to promote recreational activities and special events to guests.

● Maintain accurate records and reports on activity participation, guest feedback, and equipment inventory.
● Monitor pool area to ensure the safety of all guests and prevent accidents.

● Perform water rescues and administer first aid as needed.

● Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.

● Conduct regular checks of the pool area and equipment to ensure everything is in proper working order.

● Supporting Food and Beverage operations as needed
