We are open for an online marketing specialist to help us grow our current team. This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company’s products and/or services, including the individual villa under our exclusive portfolios. This role plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Position : Guest Relation and Concierge Executive
Guest relations are responsible for greeting & welcoming the guest in a friendly and professional manner when they arrive, escorting the guest to villas & Yachts. They are accountable for addressing and escalating guest complaints, providing guest information about company excursion programs, and other services, and doing show rounds.
Responsibility:
- Welcome guests during check-in and give a fond farewell to guest while checkout.
- Ensure all arrivals and departures are taken care and handled smoothly without any delay
- Anticipating the guest needs and demand, building good relationships with them
- Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
- Helping guest with the information local area town attraction and activities
- Actively attending the guest complaint and resolving in an efficient manner
- When required, need to be flexible for all the shifts – morning, afternoon, evening & night shift
- When required, need to execute basic cashier tasks.
- Provide solutions for any issues during guest stay.
Requirement and Skills :
- Able to drive and have own transportation
- Good command of the English language is essential, both written and verbal
- Must be guest service focused and a team player.
- Have strong interpersonal, communication, listening and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance, well dressed, properly groomed, and well presented.
- Ability in multitasking and time-management
- A positive attitude and outgoing personality are essential.
-Able to work under pressure.
- Being flexible and having positive proactive attitudes.
