Position : Sales Executive – Residential Real Estate

Job Detail

Education & Experience:
•A bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, real estate, or a similar role.

• Previous experience in residential property sales or a related field.
• Language skills: Fluent in English; Chinese or Russian is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in sales techniques, and ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and current property regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Office and CRM, Social Media.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for property tours.
