Position : Assistant Chief Engineer
- Ability to lead and supervise maintenance teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with hotel staff, contractors, and senior management.
- Problem-solving abilities to quickly address technical failures or emergency situations.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Customer service orientation: understanding that the comfort of hotel guests is paramount.
- Experience working with luxury properties or large-scale hotels, which may require more sophisticated maintenance operations.
