Position : Guest Service Supervisor
• Experience: Previous experience in guest services or front desk roles, ideally with some supervisory experience.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and basic accounting practices is a plus.
• Language Proficiency: Multilingual skills can be advantageous, depending on the guest profile.
