Qualifications
• Law degree
• 1-2 years of experience in the real estate law field, including drafting and reviewing agreements and registration at the Land Department.
• Proficiency in English (strong verbal and written communication skills for client and team interactions)

Job Description
• Prepare and draft various types of legal documents, contracts and agreements in line with the company’s standards and legal requirements
• Collaborate with senior lawyers in the company to develop contract templates and update existing agreements as required by evolving legal standards
• Conduct thorough reviews of legal agreements to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring they comply with relevant laws and regulations
• Provide concise summaries and recommendations based on contract terms and legal implications to assist internal colleagues in decision-making
• Drafting, reviewing and revising real estate agreements (e.g., freehold & leasehold agreements)
• Conduct due diligence for property acquisitions (e.g., zoning requirements and property titles)
• Preparation of legal documentation
• Organize and maintain physical and digital records of all legal documentation, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Supporting senior lawyers in any additional tasks, including preparing presentations, attending client meetings , and contributing to knowledge-sharing sessions
