PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

To actively contribute to the company vision of making holiday dreams come true by being responsible for selling Mini-Vacation package to Non-Owner for the Club Wyndham Asia sales site who speak Thai and English and meet the designated tour targets.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Proven experience in delivering online sales across multiple customer contact channels, including phone, email, web/live chat, and social media.
• Ensure cancellation and amendment policies are adhered to
• Actively promote special package for seasonal campaign
• Responsible for coming to work in a timely manner, according to work schedule.
• Responsible for being courteous and respectful to co-workers.
• Responsible for meeting production requirements as set by the Management
• Display a Count On Me! service to all internal and external parties.
• Display innovation through inspiring, creating and improving processes and products.
• Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering on the promise
• Display leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peers and managers. Support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible
• Ensure that all reasonable directions given with regards to health and safety are followed, to not willfully place at risk the health and safety of yourself or any person in the workplace and to not willfully or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided for health and safety.
• Responsible for providing quality customer service to our potential clients.
• Responsible for following all Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Policies and Procedures as set by Management.
• Responsible for following all Club Wyndham and Procedures as set by Management
• Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by management

KEY POSITION CRITERIA:

• Strong experience in online sales, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a dynamic environment. Experience with CRM and engagement platforms (HubSpot experience preferred) for seamless customer journey management.
• Exceptional telephone manner that is professional, friendly and clear
• Committed to provide excellent customer service at all times
• Be detailed, accurate and thorough
• Possess a positive, can do attitude with the ability to self motivate
• Ability to follow scripts ensuring all conditions are fully explained to each client
• Ability to learn objection handling
• Good time management skills
• Ability to multi task
• Likes to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to maintain and exceed production requirements
• Ability to maintain an upbeat work relation with Co-workers
• Ability to set and meet individual and group goals
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, co-workers, and clients.
• Ability to focus attention for extended periods of time
• Computer skills
• Able to work unassisted and independently
• Strong product & destination knowledge
