As the General Manager of Mucho Amor Beach Club, you’ll lead the charge in bringing this new lifestyle-driven brand to life. We’re looking for a young, stylish, and passionate leader who embodies the eclectic, vibrant, immersive experience of the
Bohemian lifestyle.

Pre-opening experience is essential as you’ll be spearheading everything from operations setup to launching the beach club. Your commercial and revenue management acumen will be key to ensuring the beach club profitability from the outset. This role is perfect for someone who can fuse creativity with business savvy to create a standout destination that resonates with guests and the local scene. Your mission: build an exceptional team, drive commercial success, and deliver the unique guest experience of Mucho Amor with energy and precision.

REQUIREMENTS
• This position is open to Expatriates.
• Proven experience as a General Manager in a pre-opening beach clubs, restaurants, bars, clubs, ideally within a lifestyle brand.
• First time General Managers would be considered.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving revenue and profitability.
• Expert in revenue management strategies, digital tools, and dynamic pricing techniques.
• A passion for design-led, lifestyle venues with a sharp eye for detail and style.
• Hands-on leadership approach with a focus on team building, guest experience, and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and lead a young, energetic team.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility with working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of the pre-opening phase and ongoing operations.
