1. **Revenue Generation**:
- Develop a multi-channel sales strategy to target various market segments, including corporate clients, events, and high-end leisure travelers.
- Implement proactive sales tactics, such as cold calling, client visits, and industry networking, to secure new accounts and achieve room and event booking targets.
- Use dynamic pricing strategies and promotional offers in collaboration with the revenue management team to maximize revenue per available room (RevPAR) during peak and off-peak periods

- Conduct competitive market analyses to identify trends and gaps in the current offerings.
- Leverage data analytics to segment potential clients by industry, budget, and booking preferences, which can guide targeted marketing campaigns.
- Adjust strategies based on market fluctuations, competitor activities, and seasonality to capture a larger share of the luxury travel and event market
3. **Client Relations**:
- Build long-term partnerships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and event planners, using personalized service to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Participate in hospitality trade shows, business expos, and local events to increase brand visibility and maintain a pipeline of potential leads.
- Ensure post-event follow-ups and feedback collection to improve client satisfaction and tailor future offerings
