Swiss-Belhotel International - global hotel management group that currently manages a global portfolio of more than 145 hotels in 20 countries with 17 brands ranging from economy to premium brands

We are currently looking expanding our team and looking for Regional Sales and Reservations Executive to assist us with driving sales and managing reservations for our two hotels in Phuket, Thailand as well as assist us in communicating with the owners and developers of our potential new hotels in Thailand.

This role offers an excellent career growth opportunity for the right individual, preferably someone who is extroverted. The role is open for native Thai speakers only, as it requires to communicate with the local stakeholders. The role will be based from one of our hotels in Koh Lanta, Krabi Province.

Job Description
• Handle all aspects of guest room reservations.
• Provides exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates and promotions.
• Collaborate with hotels to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Utilize reservation software efficiently and accurately.
• Contribute to achieving occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain relationship with hotel management and owners
• Assist the Regional Corporate team with communication with hotels and owners.
Requirements
• Fluent in Thai and English (must).
• Proven experience as a Reservation Agent or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer skills and reservation systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
