รายละเอียดงาน: รับผิดชอบการบริหารงานทรัพยากรบุคคลทั้งหมด เช่น การสรรหาบุคลากร, การฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาบุคลากร, การจัดการเรื่องสวัสดิการ, การบริหารผลการปฏิบัติงาน, รวมถึงการดูแลและสนับสนุนพนักงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด

คุณสมบัติ:

* ปวส - ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

* มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้าน HR อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ***(ระดับ Manager)

* มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดี

* สามารถติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการได้

* สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ดี

* มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายแรงงาน

* มีความรู้เรื่อง SSO , ภงด.1 /1 ก

* มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี ต่อทีม และเพื่อนร่วมงานในองค์กร

* สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป้นพิเศษ
