Intermark Global (formerly Savills) is an international consultant with presence in Europe, Asia and Middle East.
As part of our overseas property work, we work in three areas:
investment in property for both rental income and capital appreciation purposes;
immigration services –residence permit, citizenship;
lifestyle property (property for yourself, as a second home).

Our clients include not only business owners and top managers of companies, but also leading international and major Russian corporations, diplomatic services, government organizations, banks and non-profit foundations.
Due to the expansion of the business unit and with the introduction of a new organizational structure, we are looking for a Call Center Specialist who will be responsible for the following tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Initial contact with clients who have submitted an inquiry
- Qualifying clients (for several products according to existing scripts)
- Strict adherence to regulations
- Achieving individual performance targets: KPIs/tasks
- Working with amoCRM to maintain the client database in accordance with corporate standards
- Communicating with clients via phone, email, and messaging apps

Requirements:

-Thai nationality only
- Proficiency in English(B1): good diction, ability to conduct dialogue, fluent conversational level [both spoken and written]
- Basic computer literacy: proficiency in Microsoft Office, amoCRM, and Google tools; if you don't know everything, we'll teach you
- Providing client feedback to the supervisor
- Quiet work environment
- Willingness to perform monotonous tasks, working throughout the entire workday

Conditions:

- Official employment (up to 700 USD per month)
- Remote work format (from home or any)
- Training before starting work
