Responsibilities
- Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to the highest standards.
- Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain kitchen inventory, including ordering and stock control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Train and supervise junior chefs, fostering a culture of learning and teamwork.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and international cuisine.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain high-quality outputs.
- Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
