Position : Rental and Property Manager

Job Detail
The Rental and Property Manager is responsible for the efficient management of residential and commercial properties. Overseeing maintenance and upkeep of residential properties and tenant satisfaction. Preserve and increase the value and integrity of the properties and to meet the financial objectives of the ownership and management.

** Duties and Responsibilities.
• Manage all aspects of assigned properties.
• Reporting the property’s financial status, occupancy and expiring leases to property owners.
• Establish appropriate rental rates by conducting market research, determining costs and considering profits goals.
• Collect receivable accounts and handle operation expenses, budget improvements and maintain records.
• Prepare and distribute monthly statements.
• Maximizing the return on investment of the property through efficient performance.
• Promote and show properties to prospective tenants, negotiate, prepare and enforce leases.
• Complete all the required paperwork for new tenants, ensure the premises is ready for new occupants.
• Investigate and resolve resident complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Inspecting properties and arranging for repairs and new materials as required.
• Monitor and complete maintenance and repairs timeously and cost-effectively.
• Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.


** Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales or customer service; experience in Real Estate is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Motivated and driven to succeed at the highest level.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Eager to learn new things and ready to take on challenges.

** Language Skills: Fluent in Russian with proficient English skills. Thai language knowledge is a bonus.
