Position : Guest Relations Officer (GRO)

Job Detail
Responsibilities
- Greeting guest with a warm welcome and provide hotel information and promote services with serve welcome drink and cold towel
- Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs, disabled people, elderly) and respond to their questions
- Courtesy call to checked in guest to ensure the room and facilities make them satisfied
- Get feedback from In-House guest
- Ensure good reviews show up when guest leave
- Support GSA for check in and check out
- Report feedback or complaint from guest direct to Supervisor / Manager for improvement or resolve issues
- Review next day arrival and departure
- Order amenity set up for next day arrival or guest who birthday tomorrow
- Ensure room decoration and special amenity set up before guest check in

- Inspection room for all VIP check in to make sure room is ready to check in.
- Closely coordinate with AFOM to reply guest review (OTA channel)
- Meets long stay guest (10 nights or more) 1-2 time during the stay to make sure the stay meet expectation
