Elite Havens, a leading luxury villa rental and property management company, is seeking a Part-Time Villa Manager to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to oversee villa operations and ensure an exceptional experience for both guests and property owners.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage daily villa operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
-Oversee villa staff and ensure high standards of performance and service.
-Communicate with guests to ensure satisfaction during their stay.
-Coordinate with the office team for bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.
-Maintain the villa’s pristine condition and handle any arising issues promptly.
-Manage villa expenses and coordinate budget reviews with the office.
Requirements:
-Prior experience in hospitality or property management is preferred.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
-Proficiency in English and Thai.
-Familiarity with luxury service standards.
-Flexible schedule to accommodate guest needs and villa requirements.
