VILLACARTE GROUP is a group of companies that began its activities in 2012. It includes development projects: Layan Green Park, LaVista Villas and Layan Verde, VillaCarte agency, proptech project Sabai and La Green hotel.

We are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant to join our team to restructure the department and replace the outsourcing accounting company with an in-house accounting department.

What tasks await you:
- Accounting management, training colleagues;
- Organization of accounting according to Thai law and IFRS;
- Tax planning and accounting;
- Accounting for construction contracts and agreements;
- Accounting for projects and their financing;
- Formation of financial and accounting reports;
- Control over compliance with financial and legal standards;
- Inventory and accounting of assets;
- Document flow;
- Participation in the process of automation of the accounting department.

We expect that you:
- Have experience as an accountant according to IFRS;
- It is desirable to have experience in implementing the first application of IFRS in the company;
- Know IFRS standards, which is supported by certificates;
- Have the ability to understand local tax legislation;
- Have experience working with CRM;
- Have experience in management, development and implementation of accounting methodology;
- Have experience working in international companies and different jurisdictions;
- Have experience in passing external audits;
- Have conversational English not lower than B2.
