Position : Assistant Restaurant Manager
2. To check work performance of subordinates and their grooming standards.
3. To assign responsibilities to subordinates.
4. To liaise with food and beverage department on daily operation.
5. To assist in the operations during busy periods.
6. To study, evaluate and suggest improvements for operation procedure.
7. To achieve forecasted food and beverage revenue.
