Qualifications: ***Thai National only***
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields
- Good command in English.
- Experience 2-3 years of working experience
- Good interpersonal skills and abilities
- Well organized person and possess good working attitude, team player and is willing to take up new challenge
- Working on site at Rawai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Executive Secretary
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
- Liaise with the company’s accountant to handle invoicing, expense tracking, and other financial documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, both digital and physical, for easy access and retrieval.
- Coordinate with staff, contractors to ensure alignment with company goals, procedures, and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
