QUALIFICATIONS:
 High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
 Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event coordination, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment.
 Previous experience in event or banquet operations preferred.
 Excellent guest service skills and fluency in English, both verbal and written.
 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 Attention to detail to achieve operational excellence.
 Proficiency in using CRM systems (Hubspot experience preferred) and other sales and marketing tools.
 Familiarity with Oracle Opera and Revinate systems an advantage.
 Ability to develop positive working relationships at all levels and demonstrate a passion for teamwork.
 Good personal presentation and understanding of the events and catering business.
 Proven customer service experience.
