OFFICE COORDINATOR
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days a week
Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury property sales gallery in Phuket. The ideal candidate will be a Thai national with excellent English communication skills, capable of maintaining the office environment, welcoming clients, and ensuring seamless operations.

* Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times, reflecting the luxury brand image.
• Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth, creating a positive first impression.
• Manage the scheduling of appointments, meetings, and property viewings for the sales team.
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment, coordinating with vendors as needed.
• Support the sales team by managing administrative tasks such as document preparation and filing.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating events, presentations, and client meetings held at the sales gallery.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.

*Requirements:
• Thai national with fluency in both Thai and English (verbal and written).
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role, preferably in a luxury or customer-facing environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and staff effectively.
• Professional appearance and demeanor to represent the brand’s high standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office management systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.
