Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel reservations, front office, or customer service.
- Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, or similar hotel software).
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of hotel policies, promotions, and booking procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle guest inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
- Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, and promotions.
- Ensure seamless coordination with the front desk and other hotel departments.
- Process cancellations, modifications, and special requests efficiently.
- Maintain an updated database of guest profiles and booking records.
- Assist in maximizing hotel occupancy and revenue through effective booking management.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
