Job Description:
We are looking for a strong and detail-oriented person to join our team as a Quality Control (Bakery). No prior experience in food or bakery is required, but you must be disciplined, have high standards, and be able to maintain quality control.
This role involves working closely with both the production team to ensure quality standards and the sales team to handle customer complaints regarding product quality.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure all bakery products meet company quality standards.
• Monitor production processes to maintain consistency.
• Work closely with the production team to improve product quality.
• Collaborate with the sales team to address and resolve customer complaints related to quality issues.
• Identify and implement improvements in the quality control process.

ตำแหน่งนี้จะทำงานร่วมกับทั้ง ทีมผลิต เพื่อควบคุมคุณภาพ และ ทีมขาย เพื่อช่วยจัดการ ข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า เกี่ยวกับคุณภาพสินค้า
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าผลิตภัณฑ์เบเกอรี่ตรงตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท
• ควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตให้มีความสม่ำเสมอ
• ทำงานร่วมกับ ทีมผลิต เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์
• ประสานงานกับ ทีมขาย เพื่อแก้ไขและจัดการ ข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า เกี่ยวกับคุณภาพสินค้า
• วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงกระบวนการควบคุมคุณภาพ
