>>>Responsibilities:
• Responsible for maintaining the orderliness of the product display areas in the store as per company standards.
• Responsible for managing the company’s entire stock inventory.
• Responsible for planning or designing events, as directed by the Sales Manager.
• Responsible for resolving customer issues through all available channels.
• Responsible for overseeing the Sales Attendant staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Responsible for training and educating new employees about the products.
• Review and approve Ads or Promotion content before publication
• Meet with dealers in Bangkok, Malaysia, and Singapore to maintain relationships with partners (if needed)
• Attending Trade show for both inbound and outbound (If needed)

>>>Qualifications:
• Thai nationality, male or female
• Age over 30 years old
• Proven Leadership Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
• Prior experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service is advantageous
• Experience in the diving industry is a strong plus
• Excellent proficiency in English (reading, speaking, and writing)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) for business purposes
• Highly proactive with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
• Must be available for an in-person interview at Dive Space (Phuket)
• Willingness to travel and participate in exhibitions in various locations
• Creativity and innovation in problem-solving and sales strategies
