Job Detail

• Detailed experience within the hotel and/or restaurant industry in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of modern western food styles in all related areas
• Demonstrated attention to detail, consistency of quality & creativity in presentation
• Proven experience leading a small team with a hands on approach
• Ability to assist in the supervision of the entire kitchen operations alongside the Sous Chef & Head Chef
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude, acting as a role model for employees at all times
• Self-motivated with an outgoing personality, and exceptional organizational skills
• Competent communication skills, both English and Thai (verbal and written)
• Lateral thinker with strong problem solving capabilities and a flexible approach
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Knowledge of health, hygiene and stock control systems
• Ability to initiate innovative opportunities & accomplish agreed targets on a cost effective basis.
