Job Description

We are currently seeking for a passionate and dynamic Kitchen professional.

As a Chef de Partie you are responsible to take care of the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:

•Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen.
•Coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef or Executive Chef
•Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks
•Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques

•Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control

Set-up the station with stocks of menu items, and prepare the dishes designated for that station

Replenishes service lines as needed and restocks and prepares the workstation for the next shift.

Ensures that all products are stored properly in the correct location at the appropriate levels at all times.

Prerequisites:
* Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and quality.
* Great personal hygiene and grooming standards.
* Should be able to communicate in English

Experience:
Two to five years of minimum previous experience required in European cuisine.
