Galileo Maritime Academy is a dedicated crew training facility that is approved to provide MCA certification for 20 basic and advanced
STCW courses along with a range of proprietary courses. Specialising in the training of professional seafarers and superyacht crew, ranging from new industry entrants to those advancing their careers or needing to update their existing certifications.
Position : Technical Support
• Thai Nationality
• Monitor, maintain, diagnose, and repair the organisation’s computer systems, software, hardware, and networks.
• Manage and maintain the organisation’s website, change and update information on the website.
• Monitor and maintain the organisation’s Zoho system.
• Provide technical assistance with company’s systems, software, and hardware.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing team and keep all system and platforms up to date.
• Other tasks as directed
Candidate requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or equivalent education required.
• Proficiency in software including: Zoho (CRM, Books), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, website management and Social Media platforms.
• 3 years previous experience in a similar role/industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Thai.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
