Responsibilities :
 Provide and advise customers information about company profile and products and services via various channels, included but not limited to phone, email, social media and system available. Introduction to new customers.
 Make an appointment with customer for collection of data or details requirements and preferences for the product required.
 To prepare a list of appliances with a quotation based on customer needs.
 Respond promptly to customers question, after sales service call & follow up with customers from time to time.
 Ensure customer service is timely and accurate & establish and maintain a good relationship with customers.
 Follow up internally to solves customer issue and complaint and actively seeks solutions and suggestions.
 Work closely with the Sales, R&D and Technician Team and update customers promptly.
 Maintain and ensure affiliates get the latest information on products and services.

2. Multitasker, able to prioritize task & manage time efficiently.
3. Nurture positive relationships with customer, suppliers and provide customer service as needed.
4. Able to work with minimum supervision.
5. Need to travel & conduct task at branches as needed.
6. Good written and verbal communications skills.
7. Own transportation.
