Job description:
• Selling products (Books, uniforms, other for student)
• Daily sale report Book & Uniform
• Daily checking income cafe report
• Daily checking inventory bakery at Cafe
• Responsible for daily accounting other tasks
• Sending reports to the Accounting Manager
• Preparing receipts, payment, and invoices
• Checking inventory end of the month all outlet
• Issues Journal voucher
• Calculating withholding tax and VAT
• Preparing PND.3, PND.53, PP.30
• Process accounts payable and receivable, depending on role
• Make regular contact with clients to ensure payment
• Perform internal audits on financial activities as necessary
• Review both incoming and outgoing invoices
• Generate financial reports for review regulatory authorities
• Supporting the accounting team and other department
• Collect and compose data for monthly financial reporting.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred
• Good communication in English ****
• Familiarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using accounting software, such as Quickbooks and Peak Program
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Quick to collaborate and coordinate with team members when necessary
