Qualifications:
- Experienced in real estate sales/marketing
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must have own transportation.
- Enthusiastic team player with excellent personality.
- Be self-motivated, responsible, and reliable.
- Able to work in a team and independently.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays.
- Able to communicate in English and Thai.

Responsibilities:
- Networking in communities/events.
- Create sales/marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Assist both buyers and sellers
- Accurately update, locate, and list new/existing real estate properties.
- Schedule and present clients with a tour of the property.
- Professionally negotiating terms and price both with buyer and seller.
- Completing Contracts
